The Great Moscow Circus audience went home in good spirits after an accidental spill of water during a rehearsal. Edgard Zapashny, the circus’s general director, shared this update with socialbites.ca. He added that the employee who activated the wrong fountain was not dismissed.

“Please don’t turn this into a tragedy. The audience is content with what happened. These things happen in life. No one was fired. No one filed a complaint against the circus. The man left with a smile, fully satisfied with the tickets to the performance titled ‘Kingdom,’” Zapashny remarked.

Earlier, RIA Novosti circulated a video showing an audience member getting splashed during an open rehearsal of the Great Moscow Circus. The clip captured a performer attempting acrobatics inside a ring beneath a dome when a fountain mechanism unexpectedly released water from above. The fountain was lowered for a wardrobe change and the scene unfolded in front of spectators.

In earlier remarks, Edgard Zapashny commented on remarks surrounding the death of Ricky, the tiger associated with interactions involving Lukashenka, clarifying details as they emerged.
