According to his account, the theater had been relying on part-time contributors who were also performing with other orchestras. He emphasized that a musical theater operates best with a fully committed, full-time orchestra, dedicated solely to its performances and productions. Rybnikov described how he proposed bringing the accompanist into the core team alongside the current musicians, creating a unified, full-time ensemble. When the offer was declined, the theater was left with no choice but to search for replacement players who could commit on a full-time basis and sustain the artistic schedule of Gradsky Hall.
