The Vladivostok concert featuring Diana Arbenina with the Night Snipers will proceed on February 27, following coordination with the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation. This was confirmed by the city government’s municipal control center (MCC) after reviewing the situation, as reported by TASS.
Officials noted that the Vladivostok administration received two formal requests via the online reception asking to cancel the event. The MCC emphasized that organizers were advised to obtain approval from the Ministry of Justice, and that they complied with those requirements.
According to the statement, the concert of Diana Arbenina and the Night Snipers is being conducted in accordance with current laws, and there are no plans to cancel the event.
Earlier reports indicated that Vladivostok authorities had suggested canceling the Diana Arbenina concert, but the later update clarifies the compliance with legal procedures.
As noted by the MCC, the singer is identified as not officially a foreign agent or transit operator, the activities of the Night Snipers, led by Arbenina, are not prohibited, and their creative repertoire adheres to the applicable censorship rules.
