Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band have postponed the planned concerts in Marseille, Prague, and Milan due to vocal issues from the singer. The tour will resume in Madrid on June 12 and then move on to Barcelona.
“Bruce is recovering comfortably, and they expect to restart the European stadium tour on June 12 in Madrid at the magnificent Cívitas Metropolitano”, the artist’s team said on their social channels.
Doctors advised canceling last Saturday’s show, and subsequent medical assessments determined that he should not sing for a ten-day period.
New dates for the postponed performances at Letnany Airport in Prague and San Siro Stadium in Milan will be announced soon, and ticket holders can request refunds if they wish.
Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band are scheduled to perform three concerts in Madrid on June 12, 14, and 17 at the Cívitas Metropolitano, and two in Barcelona on June 20 and 22 at the Estadi Olímpic.
