Muceniece has once again approached the Moscow Golovinsky Court, asking for a ruling that would require the ex-husband to pay alimony equal to one third of his income. The actress voiced concerns that she received 100 thousand rubles for child support, despite her earnings reaching several million rubles, a discrepancy that drew public attention to the arrangements surrounding their shared child support.
On November 1, 2023, Agata Muceniece filed a legal action against her ex-husband Pavel Priluchny, seeking an increase in alimony for two children, Timofey and Mia. The proposal was for alimony set at 30 percent of Pavel Priluchny’s earnings for both children until 2031, at which point the percentage would adjust to 25 percent after the eldest child turns 18. Media outlets reported that Priluchny’s daily earnings from acting could reach around half a million rubles during filming periods.
In December, Muceniece reportedly withdrew the claim seeking alimony for two children, indicating a pause in that particular legal action.
The couple, who were married from 2011 to 2020, share two children: Timofey, aged 10, and Mia, aged 6. The evolving custody and support discussions have remained a focal point in the public profile of both artists.
