From Alicante Noir’s third edition, the festival committee notes, “We have succeeded in making this festival a must for fans of crime fiction. We are welcoming back writers who shine both in stores and in emerging voices. The program covers a wide range of detective fiction themes, including criminology, police procedures, mystery, and thriller narratives.”

He explains that the event connects works from commercial publishers with those from independent and specialist publishers, offering a diverse landscape for readers to explore.
