The new season concert program of the Castelar de Elda Theater Symphony Orchestra was presented by Amado Navalón, Mayor of Culture. Rafa Rico, the chairman of the OSTC. “a consolidated orchestraIt’s working very well and successfully across the province, so planning hasn’t been easy,” he said.
