The American Film Academy made radical changes in the rules of presenting Oscar. About it reports Hollywood reporter.

If voters prove the fact of watching the film, access to the ballot will be open, this will be monitored using the special application of the Academy Screening Room.
If a member of the academy watches the official form at the film festival, he will have to fill out a special form.
