In St. Petersburg, the police detained members of the Yav art group. About informs “Fontanka” with reference to Boris Vishnevsky, deputy of the St. Petersburg Legislative Assembly.
It is known that the group was accused of petty hooliganism. Now, according to Vishnevsky, in the 77th division of the Admiralteisky district there is an artist from “Yavi” Alexander Voronin, as well as Nikolai Stekolnikov, journalist Roman Shell (ZDF) and cameraman Stas.
In “Yavi” they claim that Voronin and Stekolnikov were accused of petty hooliganism under an administrative clause, but allegedly waited for the arrival of employees of the “E” center, since the reason for their detention was “political work”. They allegedly painted Gulag street art on the fence in the form of the Google logo.
No official statement has been made yet from the law enforcement regarding the detention situation.
