Borodina’s ex-husband bought an apartment for 150 million rubles

Ksenia Borodina’s ex-husband Kurban Omarov bought a property worth 150 million rubles. This was reported by the Telegram channel “star“.

Omarov said that he will live in a new apartment even during the renovation. Realtor Roman Karavaev estimated the property of the ex-wife of the leading Doma-2 at 150 million rubles. “Apartments in the center of Moscow are usually 20-70 m², at least 150 m² according to Omar. Even assuming that a major developer has made a unique option as the owner, it doesn’t give the impression of a view out the window. Judging by the panorama, this is the center of Moscow, perhaps not the Moscow Ring Road or the outskirts of the city. Recently, show business stars have been drawn to a trivial PR method by showing off their real estate, and this is hardly original, ”the director said.

According to interior designer Zulfiya Daeva, the arrangement in Kurban’s new apartment was made to order. He added that the average cost per m² of such a design project is 5,000.

Earlier, Ksenia Borodina’s ex-husband does not come to their common daughter Theona because of “important matters”.
