The star of the movie “Eterna: Part One” Anar Khalilov told socialbites.ca about his desire to leave Russia.
“This has been my dream since I was 15 years old. Now I am working hard (perhaps not as much as I would like) to learn English. It seems to me that an actor should in principle be international, because the profession should not be tied to a single country,” he said.
The actor stated that he was influenced by the atmosphere of New York and movies about this city – especially Woody Allen’s “A Rainy Day in New York.” According to Khalilov, he wants to go to this city.
“Yes, I want to move, nothing is holding me back. I find it strange that people talk about moving out as something terrible and irreversible. No one can take my Russian passport from me – you can leave and live in two or three countries. It seems to me that we have some kind of fatal thought. I do not agree with this, and I think you can do whatever you want, ”says the actress.
At the beginning of 2022, the movie “Eterna: Part One” was released with Khalilov in the lead role. The actor is also known for the TV series “Battle of the Families”, “Inheritance”, “Birch” and others.
