A hearing was held in the Moscow Khamovnichesky Court on the counterclaims of People’s Artist of Russia Larisa Dolina and the new owner of the apartment, singer Polina Lurie. This was reported by “Channel Five”.
The meeting was held in a closed format. Polina Lurie’s defense stated that they want to make a settlement agreement with the singer. Dolina’s lawyer, Maria Pukhova, declined to comment. He said he would share the details after the process. The next meeting is scheduled for December 16.
In August, Larisa Dolina sold her apartment in the center of Moscow and transferred her savings to criminals. Damage amounted to approximately 120 million rubles. The artist filed a lawsuit against the buyer of his apartment, Polina Lurie. The singer demanded that the sale of his house be declared invalid.
On August 13, the Moscow Khamovnichesky Court arrested the courier Angela Tsyrulnikova, who, according to investigators, took part of the money from Dolina and handed it over to the attackers. The woman is accused of particularly large-scale fraud, but she herself has stated that she was secretly used in the fraud.
