On October 3, the Voronezh Regional Art Museum named after IN Kramskoy will open the contemporary art exhibition “Russian Style: Steel”. According to the project’s Telegram channel, it will last until October 27 “Russian style”.
The ideologist of the project was the artist Anton Belikov, Candidate of Philosophy and winner of the Moscow Art Prize, who fought in the RF Armed Forces. In turn, the curator of the project was Svetlana Cheprova, artist, curator, member of the Moscow Union of Artists, member of the Russian Union of Creative Artists.
“Contemporary artists from different cities and regions of Russia took standard plates from army bulletproof vests and reflected ongoing historical events with images,” the message said.
It was noted that both academics and art award winners, as well as art university students, will participate in this exhibition.
Let us remind you that the “Russian Style” project presents the exhibition “Russian Style: Steel” with the support of the “Ratnik Tactic” company and the “Russian Union of Creative Artists” association. It is dedicated to the artistic interpretation of current events. The project has previously visited Kazan, Moscow, Anapa, Krasnodar, Tolyatti, Nizhny Novgorod and Donetsk.
