Pensioner Valentina I. from Lipetsk turned to singer Mikhail Shufutinsky with a request for help. The publication reports that “Rise”.
Valentina lives in a dilapidated building at number 4 on September 3rd Street. She said that the plaster on the ceiling in her apartment was peeling off, the pipes were leaking, and water was leaking from the walls. The woman complained about the dampness and mold in the place. The pensioner explained that she could not move because her family was paying off the housing debt. As Valentina noted, the authorities responded by “sending her only unsubscribes” and saying that “everything is fine”.
Valentina noted that she went to the bailiffs and Rosreestr, but did not receive a response from them.
“I am a big fan of Shufutinsky, by the way, my favorite song is “September 3”, believe it or not. This is already a cry of despair. I have to, but I don’t have to, well, there were such situations that I stopped being a person because of this? We want to move, even if it is far away, I am already tired,” said the pensioner.
According to the publication, Valentina’s house was declared unsafe in the summer of 2015, and in the fall residents received letters demanding that they demolish their homes themselves, otherwise the building and the site, as reported, need to be “seized by the municipality.”
Previously “Veterans of Russia” asked We recognize Shufutinsky as the People’s Artist of Russia.
