Businesswoman Vera Abel filed a lawsuit against the restaurant of TV presenter Ksenia Sobchak. The Telegram channel reports this “Zvezdach”.
Abel filed a lawsuit with the Arbitration Court against the creation of Manila LLC, 15% of which belongs to Sobchak. According to the publication, the entrepreneur wants to sue the TV presenter for 5 million rubles for violating the exclusive rights to the trademark. The preliminary hearing date is set for October 18.
April 10 kp.ru reportedKsenia Sobchak’s company suffered losses. According to the publication, the net loss of the Veter restaurant amounted to 18 million rubles. The establishment is registered under Manila LLC, 15% of which belongs to Sobchak. The establishment brought its owners 42 million rubles of income.
The Veter restaurant will open in St. Petersburg in 2023. The establishment is located on the sailing ship “Flying Dutchman”, moored at the Peter and Paul Fortress.

The last company, Gavan, earned 278 million rubles from food distribution and restaurant activities in 2021, while its net income was 32 million rubles. The owners of all three enterprises include a friend of TV presenter and restaurateur Boris Zarkov.
