Blogger Valeria Chekalina (Lerchek) admitted on Instagram (the owner of the Meta company is known as an extremist in Russia and is banned) that doctors diagnosed her with acute pancreatitis.
The celebrity went to the hospital with abdominal pain. There she was offered to undergo tests, after which the blogger was diagnosed and prescribed a course of treatment. At the same time, Chekalina still needs to undergo a gastroscopy and colonoscopy.
“The pancreas was damaged. There was inflammation in the intestines on the left and increased lipase and amylase,” Lerchek said.
Acute pancreatitis is an inflammation of the pancreas with changes in the structure of its tissues. The disease is characterized by constant intense pain in the upper middle abdomen.
August 8th Lerchek hit in an accident. Chekalina said that she tried to go around the cobblestone, but her car hit another car. As a result, one of the wheels of the car was damaged.
In March 2023, Chekalina became a defendant in a criminal case for tax evasion in the amount of 311 million rubles. Her husband at the time, Artem, was accused of aiding and abetting tax evasion. In December 2023, the Chekalinas paid off their debts to the state.
In July 2024, Lerchek divorced her husband Artem Chekalin. Three children were born from their marriage: daughter Alice and sons Bogdan and Lev. The court determined that the place of residence is the blogger’s house.
