Jorge and Andrés, in addition to their satisfaction with the award, experience working in a team: “We learned at school that we need to feed each other. You have many doubts when you are alone, but in this way there is mutual support. Doubts and conflicts of opinion also arise, but this is that’s what makes you grow”.
