The Moscow Zamoskvoretsky District Court began considering the claim of People’s Artist of Russia Philip Kirkorov against singer Lyubov Uspenskaya for the protection of honor, dignity and business reputation. In this respect reported press service of the capital’s courts of general jurisdiction.

In his statement of claim, Kirkorov requested that the information contained in the video, in which the singer calls himself a misogynist, be considered an insult to honor, dignity and business reputation.
Kirkorov demands that Zhigalova remove the video from her YouTube, Zen and VKontakte channels and oblige her to deny the information stated in the video. The artist also demanded moral compensation from Uspenskaya in the amount of 10 million rubles.
On June 8, it became known that Uspenskaya filed a lawsuit against Kirkorov in retaliation for the artist’s “beggarly” words.
