Stuntman, actor, poet and prose writer Vladimir Zharikov died at the age of 86. This has been reported telegram channel Russian Union of Cinematographers.

Zharikov graduated from Odessa State University in 1969. In 1974, director Yuri Cherny invited the artist as a stuntman in the movie “Port”. He portrayed a scene involving a fight in a restaurant.
Zharikov took part in more than 80 film projects. He worked as a stuntman in the films “D’Artagnan and the Three Musketeers”, “Special Forces”, “The Meeting Place Cannot Be Changed”, “The Adventures of Tom Sawyer and Huckleberry Finn”, “The Hound’s Husband”. The Baskervilles”.
In the movie “The Reluctant Killer” Zharikov became not only a stuntman, but also a stunt director. The artist also starred in films.
