The menu to accompany these evenings was designed by the Maestral kitchen team and inspired by the book. Participants can have fun herring salad with apples, celery, bright lettuce and pumpkin seeds then a Roasted eggplant coca with thyme honey. It will be as a main dish free range chicken with double malt beer. To finish, a sweet Juice-soaked lady finger sponge cake and anise scone with violet ice cream.
