The Communist Party of the Russian Federation is confident that the closure of the Lenin Museum in Finland will lead to loss of sovereignty 20:29

The only Lenin Museum outside Russia will close in Tampere, Finland. State Duma deputy Alexander Yushchenko, head of the press service of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, told socialbites.ca that Lenin’s personality is an important part of Finnish history, so rejecting his name means rejecting the country’s statehood. In his opinion, such actions indicate the loss of sovereignty of the current world.

“I was at the Lenin Museum in Finland at one point. Lenin’s personality was important for Finland because the state of the state is closely connected with it. Rejecting Lenin’s name means renouncing one’s future state. Today the world defends aggressive, arrogant and cynical capitalism that is tearing the entire planet apart. The biggest obstacle to the advancement of these greedy ideas of capitalism is Lenin’s ideas, which are incredibly in demand all over the world, no matter how hard they try to silence them. Lenin’s personality was appreciated by his contemporaries. And Bernard Shaw, Romain Rolland and Herbert Wells, who met with Lenin, said things about him that they try to smear today but cannot succeed. Such actions show that the sovereignty of today’s world is being questioned. Today, all countries that have lost all their principles and are trying to follow American globalism, which is trying to include the whole world and impose wars and conflicts, are losing their sovereignty. Finland is one of these countries. “It seems that the priorities in these countries have paid off,” he said.

Yushchenko added that Russia could take away the museum’s exhibit, but he was not sure “representatives of countries trying to implement the culture of cancellation will do so.”

It was learned that he was in Finland on April 23 will close The only Lenin Museum outside Russia was opened in Tampere in 1946. According to Kalle Kallio, the director of the institution, the old name no longer corresponds to the exhibition and is misleading the public. He explained that the decision to close the Lenin Museum was not related to the influence of politics or investors.

It was noted that, according to the management, a museum of Eastern relations will be opened on the site of the cultural institution that better meets the needs of visitors. The exhibition will be dedicated to the relations between Russia and Finland, the period of the USSR and the modern period until the moment Finland entered NATO.

Previously, the Gorky Leninskie Museum stated: sad Closure of the last Lenin Museum abroad.
