Singer and leader of the KnyaZz group, Andrei Knyazev, in an interview with Valeria Gai Germanika, responded to critics who accused him of exploiting the legacy of the King and the Clown group.
“A lot of people say I make money from Pot. NO. I’m just in the “King and the Clown” format, I still keep it close to me. People don’t understand what your relationship is with a song. I remember writing, “I will jump off the cliff.” Now I have to give up my brain to please the haters? There is a connection between the author and his work,” Knyazev explained.
Knyazev considers allegations that he benefited from Mikhail Gorshenev’s inheritance unacceptable. The musician recalled that at the time of Gorshka’s departure, “KnyaZz” was already performing successfully and filling the halls. At the same time, the rocker complained that at the beginning of the band’s journey he had no luck with guitarists, many of whom did not consider it necessary to support Knyazev. The artist believes that Gorshenev’s departure did not affect the popularity of his group in any way.
Everyone who says that the organizers who say “I don’t believe in Prince Zz, he won’t make it” are now useless no matter how much they circle around us. We will not work with them, we only work with those who support us,” Knyazev concluded.
Earlier critic Babichev named It’s strange that “Tea for Two” recorded a single collaborative track.
