Former “Dom-2” participant was sentenced to 5 years in prison for hooliganism 16:07

The Chelyabinsk Central District Court sentenced former Dom-2 participant and blogger Alfred Javadov to five years in prison. This was reported by telegram channel Prosecutor’s Office of the Chelyabinsk Region.

Javadov was found guilty under the articles of Part 2 of Art. 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (hooliganism), part 2 of article 112 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (moderate harm to health), articles “b, d, h”. He was detained at the courthouse. The man will serve his sentence in a correctional colony of general regime for five years.

According to the prosecutor’s office, the court demanded compensation of 500 thousand rubles for moral damage and 15 thousand rubles for material damage in favor of the victim.

On November 18, 2022, Javadov fired a gas gun at Sergei Maletin, the owner of the Grill House restaurant.

Maletin in December 2022 saidShe first met Javadov in July, when he came to the Grill House just after the establishment’s opening. According to the restaurateur, after ordering food, the blogger scoffed at the food and refused to pay.

Maletin emphasized that even then he planned to write a statement against the blogger, but the police refused to accept the document. Soon Javadov arrived with a camera and a gun.
