The leader of the group shouts “Hands Up!” Sergei Zhukov became a father for the fifth time in December 2023. His wife Regina Burd, the 38-year-old former soloist of the band “Slivki”, gave birth to his son Evan. The artist told socialbites.ca that his wife spends most of her time with the baby.
“We must pay our respects to my wife, Regina is always there for the baby. When I return from tour, she makes me rest and takes all the worries about the baby on herself – and at home she will tell everyone: “Don’t touch dad.” Of course I help: I put him to bed, change his diaper, we go for a walk together. All troubles are just happiness,” Zhukov shared.
His daughter, Alexandra, from his first wife, Elena Dobyndo, was born in 2001 and lives in the USA. The remaining four children were born to Zhukov’s current wife, to whom he has been married since 2007. According to the artist, he tries to combine fatherhood with a busy schedule and believes that family is more important than career.
“When my middle son asks me to go to football with him, the oldest asks if I’ll take him to a concert, my daughter asks if I’ll support her at the casting, and all this in one day, dad somehow tries to make it on time! Or he accepts: “I won’t be able to go to the football match, I will be filming, but on Tuesday we will go to the stadium and watch your favorite team play.” No matter how great your work is, we must not forget that you are first and foremost a man, a husband, a father, and only then all your other achievements,” he said in “Hands Up!”
