Actor Ivan Yankovsky, whom Russians remember for his role as Vova Adidas in the movie “The Boy’s Word”, flew to Kamchatka to shoot a new series. The artist posted a photo from the peninsula on Instagram (its owner, Meta, is known as an extremist and is banned in Russia).

The shooting of the drama series “Outsource”, directed by Dushan Gligorov, which is the original project of the online cinema Okko and the production company “Sreda”, started in January.

The series takes place in the mid-1990s. Here, Ivan Yankovsky will try on the uniform of guard Kostya, who will execute the death penalty in a private prison. The premiere of the series “Outsource” will take place in 2025.
