Russian singer Stas Mikhailov told how he defeated Sergei Shnurov, the leader of the Leningrad group, in 2014. This is what he’s talking about spoke on the YouTube show “Question Edge.”
According to Mikhailov, Shnurov first came up with an unpleasant rhyme for the word “Stas”, and then criticized the work of Mikhailov and singer Zhanna Friske in the song “He Loves Our People”.
“I finally punched him in the face,” he said.
Mikhailov noted that Zhanna Friske was already fighting cancer at that time.
“And he sang “Stas Mikhailov, Zhanna Friske, people have something like two sausages.” Well, something crazy. I told him: “Don’t do this, because it will end badly,” the singer recalls.
However, he stated that Shnurov did not stop there and a fight broke out.
Also Mikhailov answered amid accusations that the singer abandoned his pregnant cousin Valeria.
“No one abandoned him, and the fate of a person can be different. “When people realize they can’t live together, they separate wisely,” he said.
