During the flight Moscow-Sochi, HammAli & Navai and Sevilla performed for the passengers on the flying plane. The concert, organized by VK Music and Aeroflot, is timed to coincide with the start of the World Youth Festival (WYF), which will take place on Sirius from March 1 to 7, the event’s press service reported.
For many passengers, the concert came as a surprise – musicians suddenly appeared an hour after takeoff and performed several songs.
On board were both WFM participants and popular artists and bloggers: Mary Gu, MIA BOYKA, Sabina Khairova, Yana Churikova and Lev Shaginyan.
HammAli & Navai performed many songs, including the popular song “Bird”.
“We have never had an experience like this before and the result was amazing. Last year “VK Music” invited us to give a concert in the subway, now we find ourselves facing a concert in the sky!” said.
Seville performed “Doll”, “Feelings”, “Swing” and other tracks.
“I love this kind of out-of-this-world format in our industry,” the singer added.
Within the scope of the festival, concerts will be given with the participation of Katya Lel, Ramil, DJ Imanbek, IOWA, Filatov & Karas, Seville, HammAli & Navai, Cream Soda and DJ Fedor Fomin, with the support of VK Music.
