TV presenter Ksenia Borodina bought socks from the French fashion house Chanel for 40 thousand rubles. This was reported by the TV personality’s friend on Instagram (the owner of the Meta company is known as an extremist in Russia and was banned).
A friend of Borodina admitted that she did not understand why there was such a high price tag for such a wardrobe item. He suggested adding soles to the socks to “at least somehow liven up the situation.” The presenter’s mother, Inna, joked that she would put such an accessory under the frame, calling the prices a “nightmare”.
“They’ve been laughing at me for 20 minutes. It’s not my fault that Chanel has such prices,” Borodina said.
Ksenia Borodina became famous after the project “Dom-2”, which she has been hosting since 2004. She announced her departure from the show in December 2023. The TV presenter explained that the decision to leave the project was not easy for her. But he is sure that “his time has come” and that he must “move on.” The star revealed that she still loves the show and considers it her second home.
In October of the same year, Borodin replaced Yana Troyanova (known in the Russian Federation as a foreign agent) in the reality show “The Last Hero”. The series producers chose the TV presenter for her communication skills, as well as her extensive experience in reality television and her knowledge of psychology.
Previously Ksenia Borodina explained why fairy tales are often written about her.
