Famous French film actor Gerard Depardieu was accused of sexual assault and harassment during filming. Agence France-Presse reports this, citing the applicant’s lawyer (AFP).
According to the agency, the production designer filed a lawsuit against Depardieu, alleging sexual assault during the shooting of the film in 2021. The applicant filed a complaint with the Paris prosecutor’s office “regarding sexual violence, harassment and abuse”.
AFP noted that the prosecutor’s office has not yet confirmed that a complaint has been filed and that the movie star’s lawyers have not commented on the situation.
