Residents of Novosibirsk and surrounding cities cannot return money for singer Zivert’s concerts. This was reported by NHS.
Fans of the artist complained that when they asked for a refund, the organizers stated that the shows were postponed and not completely canceled. Zivert was supposed to perform at the Lokomotiv Arena on February 24.
“I wrote to them [организаторам] The response came via feedback that their partners would contact me. From [партнера] I received a letter stating that the concert was not cancelled, it was postponed and the tickets would be valid. This doesn’t suit me so I wrote to them again about a refund. They sent me another email and asked me to contact them. It is not clear what kind of organization this is. “I wrote to this e-mail, but there was no response,” said the girl who bought tickets to the concert.
February 21 announced about the cancellation of concerts for six months due to illness. The 33-year-old singer said that her health problems had been following her for a year and a half, but started to improve recently. Zivert admitted that until recently he tried to ignore the pain, focusing on his work and trying to suppress it with painkillers.
