Blogger Valeria Chekalina (Lerchek) reported on Instagram (the owner of the Meta company is known as an extremist and is banned in Russia) that she was involved in an accident in the center of Moscow.
A BMW car collided with Chekalina’s Bentley. The car went inside when Lerchek stopped to let a pedestrian pass. The blogger hit his head on the windshield and injured his knee. The airbags were not deployed at the time of the accident.
After the accident, the letter N in the Bentley lettering in the trunk of Chekalina’s car fell off, and its bumper was also damaged. The blogger made obscene remarks about the situation.
“Life is really testing me. I don’t know how I ended up in my glass somewhere with my head and knees. The pillows did not come out. As I understand it, the bumper needs to be replaced,” shared the blogger (spelling and punctuation preserved. – socialbites.ca).
Lerchek in March 2023 happened Defendant in a criminal case regarding tax evasion in the amount of 311 million rubles. Her husband was charged with aiding and abetting tax evasion. According to the Investigative Committee, the Chekalins legalized more than 130 million rubles in April 2021, buying dollars with them, “thus masking the connection of the legalized funds with the criminal source of origin.”
In January, Alexander Bastrykin, Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia, reported that Valeria and Artem Chekalin paid tax debts of 504 million rubles.
