Alexander Maslyakov Jr. was the sole owner of the television creative association AMiK, which owned KVN. This was reported by InterfaxWith reference to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
Initially, Alexander Maslyakov Sr. owned 51% of AMiK, and his wife – 49%. In 2019 Maslyakov Jr. 50% and their parents got 25.5% and 24.5% respectively. Now the TV presenter’s son owns 100% of the shares.
TTO “AMiK” was founded in March 1990 as a creative team uniting a number of young employees of the Editorial Bureau of youth programs of Central Television. The company also produces the KVN program. The founder of the association is Alexander Maslyakov Sr.
