Guy Ritchie’s film “Ministry of Gentleman’s Affairs” will be released in Russian cinemas on April 25. Kinopoisk’s press service reported this to socialbites.ca.
The film is based on Damien Lewis’ book The Ungentlemanly War Ministry: How Churchill’s Secret Warriors Set Europe on Fire and Created Modern Shadow Operations. Filming took place in Türkiye and England.
The film takes place in 1939, when British Prime Minister Winston Churchill created a task force for sabotage behind enemy lines.
