Members of the Russian rock band Bi-2 refused to communicate with Russian consuls on their own initiative. This was reported by press service Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
“Members of the Bi-2 group openly refused to communicate with Russian consuls,” the publication said.
