Lenkom Theater musician Nikolai Parfenyuk, bassist of the Soviet rock band “Araks”, was hospitalized during a performance at the theatre. In this respect reports Channel Five, citing its own source.
The source said Parfenyuk was taken to Botkin hospital on January 27 with a suspected heart attack.
Realizing that the musician’s speech was impaired, his colleagues called doctors. He also suffered from an irregular heartbeat attack.
After being hospitalized, Parfenyuk’s condition stabilized and he was sent home.
The Araks group was founded by students of Moscow State University. He collaborated with musicians Gennady Gladkov, Alexey Rybnikov, Alexander Zatsepin, Yuri Antonov, and over the years Alexander Buinov, Evgeny Margulis, Sergey Belikov performed in the group.
