Actor Ivan Yankovsky did not condemn young artists who did not respect the older generation. This was reported by kp.ru.

According to Yankovsky, it is up to Soviet actors whether they respect them or not.

“God is their judge,” the artist said.

Yankovsky also talked about comparing the younger generation of players to the older players. He believes that they should not be put in the same category.

“I think it’s possible. But is it necessary? The self-sufficient masters of our cinema are the masters. And right now we’re just trying to do our job. “I think it’s stupid to compare us,” the actor said.

In January, Nikita Kologrivy criticized untrained actors, including Sasha Bortich. After that, he mocked Danila Kozlovsky’s acting talent, calling him a “fake artist”, devalued the work of the actors of “The Boy’s Word” and expressed dislike for Soviet artists Innokenty Smoktunovsky and Alexander Abdulov.

Kologrivy also said that he liked Soviet actors Oleg Dal, Nikolai Karachentsov, Ivan Bortnik, Valery Zolotukhin, Vasily Shukshin.

Previously Leonid Yarmolnik called the star of the series “The Boy’s Word” a fool.
