The court returned the claim to the organizers of Ivleeva’s “naked” party

The Tagansky District Court of Moscow returned the claim for compensation for moral damage against blogger and TV presenter Nastya Ivleeva. This was reported by telegram channel Moscow courts of general jurisdiction.

According to the Telegram channel, the statement of claim was returned because it was not concluded that the moral damage to the plaintiff lawyer Alexander Treshchev was caused by the joint actions of the defendants. Treshchev has the right to go to court at Ivleeva’s place of residence.

January 23 Treshchev filed a lawsuit from blogger Nastya Ivleeva regarding the receipt of moral compensation from the organizers of the “naked” party. He demanded that the blogger collect compensation in the amount of 1 ruble in his favor, and also transfer “cash in the amount of 1 billion rubles” to the Foundation of Defenders of the Fatherland, which supports participants of special military operations.

Ivleeva’s party took place on December 20. According to the dress code, guests had to come half-naked. Among the guests were such stars as Ksenia Sobchak, Anna Asti, Lolita Milyavskaya, Olga Orlova, Philip Kirkorov, Dzhigan and Oksana Samoilova, Dima Bilan. The event and its participants were criticized. Ivleeva herself and some other artists apologized for attending the party.
