Writer Lion Izmailov admitted that he could not live a month on a pension of 30 thousand rubles. The satirist stated this on the program “Million Dollar Secret” With TV presenter Lera Kudryavtseva.
According to Izmailov, he gets his main income from royalties. The author considers himself a rich man because “he always has enough to eat.” At the same time, the satirist recalled that in Soviet times he could call himself a rich person and noted that at that time he earned 1 thousand rubles a month.
Also, Lion Izmailov described cars as his passion, saying that in his youth he changed cars every three years. The writer admitted that he can no longer boast of a large amount of real estate: he and his wife have an apartment, which they bought by selling their previous apartment.
