Fans of singer Madonna Michael Fellows and Jonathan Hadden filed a lawsuit against the singer for the delay of her concert, after which they had to get up early. This was reported by ABC News.
According to the publication, men from New York bought tickets to the artist’s performance. It was supposed to start at 20.30, but Madonna came on stage only at 22.45. Fans claimed in the lawsuit that they had “limited experience with public transportation” after the show, which increased their expenses. Since Madonna’s show ended at one o’clock in the morning, they had to return home by taxi.
Fellows and Hadden also complained that they “had to wake up early to go to work and/or fulfill family responsibilities” the next morning. They demand that the venue and organizers, as well as the singer, compensate for their damages, but the amount of the damage is not reported.
