A lawsuit was filed against the Mutabor club on the grounds that it violated the sanitary and epidemiological requirements for food and beverages intended for the population. socialbites.ca learned about this.

The application is submitted under Article 6.6 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. It was registered in a Moscow court on January 12, 2024, in accordance with art. The defendant is ART CENTER LLC (owner of the Mutabor trademark). The article provides for sanctions in the form of a fine of up to 50 thousand rubles or suspension of activities for up to 90 days.

Before that, Rospotrebnadzor had accused the Mutabor club of violating sanitary and epidemiological requirements during the “naked” party of blogger Anastasia Ivleeva. The Ministry demanded that Art Center LLC be found guilty of violating sanitary and epidemiological requirements in canteens, restaurants, cafes and bars. Rospotrebnadzor specifically stated that a patient with an infectious disease was present at the party.

On December 21, blogger and TV presenter Nastya Ivleeva hosted a closed party in Mutabor with a nearly nude dress code. In addition to Glucose, the event was attended by many Russian pop stars: Philip Kirkorov, Dima Bilan and Lolita, as well as rapper Dzhigan, his wife Oksana Samoilova, Vacio (real name Nikolai Vasiliev), journalist Ksenia Sobchak and others.

Participants of the event and party were first criticized on social networks, and then various checks and lawsuits emerged. Ivleeva herself and several other artists apologized for the incident. However, the court fined the girl 100 thousand rubles for organizing the event. According to the lawsuit, public order violations such as nudity, promotion of non-traditional sexual relations and obscene language were committed during the party.
