The Moscow Khamovnichesky Court returned the class action against blogger and TV presenter Nastya Ivleeva to the applicants. This was reported by TASS.
The case was filed due to Ivleeva’s “naked” party. The plaintiffs demanded compensation of one billion rubles from the blogger for allegedly causing moral damage.
December 26 Khamovnichesky Trial accepted the claim to Ivleeva for one billion rubles. The initiator of the trial was Alexander Inshakov, producer and actor of the Brigade. It was later learned that Ivleeva’s property could be seized within the scope of the case. The plaintiffs also requested that Ivleeva be banned from giving speeches and hosting cultural events in Russia, including corporate events and advertising brands.
On December 20, Ivleeva organized a party at the Mutabor club. According to the dress code, guests had to come half-naked. Ksenia Sobchak, Olga Orlova, Philip Kirkorov, Glukoza, Lolita Milyavskaya, Oksana Samoilova, rapper Vacio and Dzhigan attended the event. Later, the blogger was criticized for the explicit theme of the party.
Later, Ivleeva and some of the event attendees apologized on behalf of the party.
