Honored Artist of the RSFSR Konstantin Zheldin died at the age of 90. This was reported by RIA News Referring to the rector of GITIS Grigory Zaslavsky.
According to Zaslavsky, Zheldin appeared on stage until his last days and was one of the oldest actors in Russia.
Zaslavsky added that Zheldin was a great artist. He worked with many important directors.
The artist was born in Moscow in 1933. He graduated from the Shchukin School in 1961.
