Moscow will host the documentary film festival “RT.Doc: Time of Heroes”

The Second International Documentary Film Festival “RT.Doc: Time of Heroes” will be held on February 23-25, 2024 at the Moscow Digital Business Zone. The event program includes approximately 20 films about characters such as soldiers, doctors, volunteers, officers and cultural figures who took part in the special military operation in Ukraine. Independent documentarians and foreign directors were among the writers of the films. The festival will also include meetings with the creators and characters of the films and roundtable discussions with experts.

The first festival “Time of Heroes” started in February 2023; Its participants were TV presenter Boris Korchevnikov, actress Yana Poplavskaya, actor Alexander Martynov and other celebrities. Last year the event took place in many cities of the country (Moscow, Krasnodar, Kazan, St. Petersburg, Irkutsk, Kursk, Volgograd) and also visited Donbass. The festival was also held in Turkey. More than 11 thousand people in total attended the event.

Also within the framework of the first festival, musicians – Yulia Chicherina, Utah, Marianna Vasilyeva and others – performed.
