Actress Agata Muceniece denied emigrating from Russia on her YouTube blog “Honest Everyday Life”.
Muceniece admitted that she came to her native Latvia with her children to visit her mother and deal with expired documents. The artist assured that he does not plan to move from Moscow to Riga. The actor appealed to people to stop making up “fairy tales” about him.
Muceniece is raising her daughter Mia and son Timofey from her ex-husband Pavel Priluchny.
According to Muceniece, the trip to Latvia was difficult. The artist and her children crossed the border by taking a “risk” because they took their dog named Milka with them.
“We did all the paperwork for him (the dog), but you never know what will happen in the end. The worst part is that Timofey’s passport has expired. It was stupid to cancel the trip and I thought, okay, let them fine us, we’ll beg at the border to be allowed through. “As a result, we were given a warning, I wrote an explanatory note and we were released,” he said.
Muceniece was born in Riga, the capital of Latvia, studied at the university there, but later entered VGIK and began to develop her acting career in Russia. The actress does not have Russian citizenship. There is a residence permit. She explained that she could not obtain dual citizenship due to Latvian laws.
