Shufutinsky will celebrate the holiday in the Maldives with his wife Svetlana and friends. The artist explained that he usually spends January 1 with just his wife, but is interested in “trying something new.”
“I am a very conservative person. I got used to the same places. The place where we vacationed for several years in a row has very nice villas and few people. We really liked it there! And we thought about flying there again. We even bought tickets, but in the end we had to refuse it,” shared the singer.
Shufutinsky added that he never counts money. He also called on others to quit “this habit” by 2024.
In October, Shufutinsky said that nothing good awaits people leaving Russia. Chansonnier believes that “primitive people” will work in menial jobs, while those who are “smarter and a little more educated” will realize that they are “trying to get away from themselves.”
