Representatives of the Veterans of Russia movement appealed to the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation, demanding that the writer Dmitry Bykov (recognized in the Russian Federation as an agent of foreign media) be deprived of his property in Russia. According to the publication, activists drew the ministry’s attention to the fact that Bykov owns two apartments in Moscow, the total cost of which is about 55 million rubles. The author has a 3-room flat of 70 m2. m and a one-bedroom apartment (42.3 sq. m) on Mosfilmovskaya Street in the Ramenki district of the capital.
11 December recognized“Veterans of Russia” asked the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation to check Bykov for the financing of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and his statements regarding the public justification of extremism and terrorism. The reason for this was the author’s statement during a meeting with faner Vovan and Lexus – in the conversation, Bykov talked about the absence of claims against Ukraine due to the destruction of Russians.

Dmitry Bykov left Russia for the United States following the start of the SVO and was added to the list of foreign agents in July 2022.
