Singer Alisa Vox (real name Kondratyeva) stated that one day the leader of the Leningrad group locked her in a room and did not let her out for 17 hours. The former member of the team talked about this on his YouTube podcast “PkhaliKhinkali”.

“Not drinking, not urinating, not calling, not sneezing; nothing. There was an emotional fluctuation throughout the entire 17 hours. It was just the two of us. Finally the guitarist came too… Shnurov was quite drunk at that time. But he already started drinking beforehand because he is… It is difficult for him to cope with emotional turmoil,” said the artist.

He said at the time that the band’s frontman was concerned about the law banning swearing online. Vox admitted that he saw a psychotherapist after the incident and later left the group altogether.

“I fell into emotional dependence on Shnurov, I put him on a pedestal… He was like a king and a god to me, because I was used to the victim position. I had a very strong mother, and when she passed away, the place became vacant and I immediately went there with Shnurova. That’s it, now you command me,” said the artist.
