Singer Vladimir Devyatov announced in the program “Alignment of the Stars” that he bought real estate for his 15-year-old son Ivan.
Devyatov bought a one-room apartment in the south of Moscow. The artist’s son’s property of 35 square meters was worth ten million rubles.
Since the singer did not want to buy an apartment in a new building, he bought secondary housing. Among the mandatory conditions when choosing real estate were quiet neighbors, a balcony and no need to spend money on repairs.
Devyatov Jr. plans to renovate the apartment. Plans to decorate the walls and furniture in the main room in a nautical style. However, the artist’s son does not want to move in the near future. He explained that there was no need for this. For now, he plans to rent a house.
Devyatov admitted that it was too early to “spoil” his son and buy him his own house, but he could afford it.
“I understand, but that’s how the situation developed. It will survive too, it’s not that important. Who cares? It won’t get any cheaper. We bought it three months ago and now its price has increased by around eight percent. “We are not losing money,” said the musician.
