Singer Anna Sedokova, in an interview with Laura Dzhugelia, recalled how, after leaving VIA Gra, journalists pestered her with questions about Konstantin Meladze.
“While there were scandals with Kostya, I received offers many times. Demands came from all the journalists in the world, from those who wanted to strangle him. I always abstained because this is someone else’s job,” Sedokova recalled.
The artist also said that the former producer did not resist when he asked for permission to sing “Don’t Leave Me, Darling”, one of VIA Gra’s hits. Sedokova wrote a letter to Meladze’s old mail and after a while received a positive response. According to the artist, such a move towards the former producer helped him close the gestalt and get rid of his resentment towards Meladze.
“This act was what saved me from all the bad feelings. “I feel nothing but gratitude now,” said the singer.
Previously Olga Buzova criticized “The child’s word” for wrong attitudes towards young people.
