Actor Ruzil Minekaev, known for his role as Marat in the TV series “The Boy’s Word”, admitted that he shot Sergei Burunov with full dedication in the common scene of the fight between father and son in the series. Minekaev talked about this in an interview Kinopoisk.

Minekaev added that he saw Burunov for the first time at the auditions and that the player seemed worried. According to the star of the series, he decided not to discuss the details of that scene with Burunov because he trusted his colleague’s professionalism.
“He knows better, he knows. I thought: “Okay, let’s see, I’ll get used to it.” And I adjusted it. It impressed me a lot, but apparently that’s how artists work, I thought it was necessary for everything to be real here. And it looked very convincing in the frame.” remarked Minekaev.
